UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I went to people search; looking to see if I can find any biological family; I saw the free trial sevice, with no memebership or information required... I wanted to see how accurate it is, so I typed in my name, and I popped up, but it wasnt what I needed, so I never proceeded any searches. No pop up's, popped up asking for any type of information... I just closed out the site, and left it alone, Until this morning when I found out that this piggy-backed another charge through some online scam... Now I have issues with my bank account and everything is in dispute, but my account is frozen until the bank resolves the situation, and Im in limbo with the rest of my bills due this month... THANKS GUYS REALLY APPRECIATE THIS GREATLY!!!

Visa Card Payment
I was charged US$19.99 on 14 Jan 2011 by INT*INTELIUS from my VISA card. I had used the compnay's internet people search in early 2010 once to trace a lost friend in USA. I had since paid the company for this service using VISA card. Since then I had not used the service anymore. Why it is still charging me ? What is this all about? Please refund my money. Singapore ABC.

Unauthorized Charges
I was monitoring my bank statement and noticed I was charged $19.95 twice, once on the 3rd of January 2011, and again on 5 January 2011 for the INT*INTELIUS SB, the People Search program. I have not done any searches there since I first joined. I have cancelled my membership, however I don't understand the extra $19.95 charge.

unauthorized charges
I noticed-- in Monitoring my Chase Mastercard--that there were unauthorized charges of $19.95 debited to my account on 12/30/2010. I have no idea what this would be for, and did not AUTHORIZE ANY transaction
to anyone for this amount. I called the phone # for this account, and learned that this 'SB Family Fun Rewards '--is some program handled/offered by JCPenney CO. --I HAVE NOT PURCHASED, NOR DONE BUSINESS IN ANY WAY WITH JCPENNEY FOR OVER 6 YEARS !!
The only thing it says on my Chase Mastercard bill is a charge of $19.95 from: Int*Intelius SB
with a transaction # 55432860364000258076545 ---no other explanation is given.
I WANT MY NAME REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM THIS UNSOLICITED 'PROGRAM' ( WHATEVER it is ) AND I WANT THIS CHARGE REFUNDED TO MY CHASE MASTERCARD IMMEDIATELY.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME $19.99 AND I RECEIVED NOTHING . I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION AND WAS COMPLETELY SURPRISED TO SEE IT ON MY STATEMENT BECAUSE AT THE SAME TIME PEOPLEFINDERS.COM ALSO CHARGED ME $24.95 THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I HAD TO REORDER A NEW ATM CARD AND FILED FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST BOTH COMPANIES. THE BANK ASSURED ME THE MONEY WOULD BE REPLACED.

unauthorized charges to my account
I authorized a one time purchase by this company and they continue to charge my account. I want this debit from my checking account to stop. My bank says they can not stop this debit because it is processed as a one time only payment but it is processed every month.
