Several months ago, I had made a purchase with this company in which I only requested a 1 time charge for the services I used on that one particular day... and now months later I am still being billed, monthly fee's of $19.95 -- which is against my permission ! I do not want to be charged anymore ! I never signed up for this, what I thought was only a 1 time fee ended up being something that is putting me in a perpetual loop of monthly payments that I never authorized. I have tried to contact this company to cancel any further transactions, but no effort is being put on their part to help me. They totally ignore me and do nothing to help, this website is a SCAM, never purchase anything from this site ! ! ! You'll regret it... as I am regretting now. I have today, contacted my credit card company and they're investigating it, hopefully they can stop these ridiculous charges from being made any further.

I went online and did a people search for $2.95 and when the bill came in on my credit card it was the $2.95 plus a monthly fee of $19.95. I tired to contact the company by phone many times and even emailed them many times to get the charge removed. The charge keeps being applied monthly to my creidt card so now I have my Credit Card company trying to resolve it, but in the meantime I am still paying interest on these items. When you do call you either get no answer or when the call is answered you are caught up in a loop, where no one ever answers just their voice messenging. THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF, AND WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY??????
