Help Topic #113 - How do you cancel my account?

Following these instructions and calling in your request to cancel the account doesn't do it, they will take your information and keep on billing the monthly fee. 3 months later I am still calling, and emailing - my next step is sending in a certified return-receipt-requested letter to have them stop charging my credit card.
