Having a cancellation with a customer we credited the customer the next day. Intuit Merchants did not refund the money causing a charge back to our Merchant account. Why they did not refund the customers money? Who knows?
They are poor in customer service, Never call you back when they say they will, are with holding funds on legitimate charges, which were proved to them with faxes of the customers copies of the front and back of their credit cards, driver's liscense and an authorization signed by the customer. They are withholding $16, 000 saying that they were unauthorized charges and that we are not allowed to credit the customers, nor will they release the funds to our account.
We have an A- Better Business Rating for the past 8 years and this company has been the biggest Scam ever.
