I had signed up for a 30 day trial of their service. This required providing a debit/credit card. After the trial period, they charge the card $299 if the customer doesn't cancel. However, their website doesn't tell you when the trial period cancels - only when the 6-month paid subscription ends (left intentionally vague so that people will accidently go over and they get to charge your card). This morning, I got an email saying they had charged my card for the 6-month subscription. I immediately called them saying I hadn't used the service since the trial expired and simply wanted to cancel and get a refund. I talked to a guy named Corey Sessions (who claimed to be the highest-level person I could deal with) who was absolutely non-helpful. I asked to speak to someone else and he claimed there was no one above him in a position of authority on this issue.
As I told him, this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in purchasing any product or service online...ABSOLUTELY THE WORST...the entire attitude was "We've got your money, tough luck for you" ...REMEMBER, this just happened and I haven't even used their service..
