I have been working with this company for over 5 months and they have made no progress with the bank to reduce my principal on my underwater mortgage. I have followed the message board complaints and waited to make my own opinion. I had a friend who is a private investigator to do some research on this company. The CEO seems to be a total scumbag. He was part of the sub-prime business that got us all into this mess in the first place. Mike Manaco did not mention that!Have you seen the video he just put together on his website, so cheesy and an insult to all of us who fell for this scam! Their website also claims that they are a publicly traded company which looks like it is not true. They have associated themselves with other dirtbag companies like Mesa Law Group and USMAC which are all over this complaint board for taking people's money and not modifying their loans. The biggest issue I found out that he has a past fraud. When my p.i. looked him up under different court documents. He has several lawsuits where he was involved with Fraud. I am working with the bank directly and they told me to report him to the authorities. Which I am doing. I will continue to do more research and post it if I find more information. I am so upset. Please call and demand a refund and do not follow their bs that your file is in progress. It is not!
