Last October - 2009 - purchased 3 bottles of their product. They have a guarantee they will return your money if not satisfied and product is returned. Product was returned within a week, unopened. To date (May, 2010), no refund. They stole over $180.00 from me. Repeated attempts to contact were in vain. Telephone messages unanswered. A complaint to the Better Business went unanswered. Complaints to PayPal, where the transaction took place, were discarded. Emails were ignored - yet a request f or refund via the PayPal interface was answered within 12 hours - with a complete rejection and refusal to refund. No explanation.

Ironic thing is, if I had told them I never rec'd the product, I would have gotten a refund. But I can't be dishonest. I did receive it and I did return it.

Don't ever EVER buy from these theives. They sell a line of male enhancement products.
