Cheating at Indian Oil Petrol Pump
This is to bring to the notice of IOCL that common man is being cheated at an Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Near South Indian Bank, Udiyankulangara, Neyyatinkara, Trivandrum, Kerala, India - 695503 for the past few months. The quality of the petrol is very poor when compared to the petrol we get from other Indian Oil pumps near-by. We really doubt that this particular petrol pump owner is mixing it with kerosence or some other stuff there-by degrading the trust, we common man have on IOCL. More over, there is also cheating in terms of the quantity of petrol being served. Please take necessary steps for corrective measures.

Chos in allotment of Petrol Pump
Sir,
I am making this complaint about senior officers of IOCL, i hv applied for a petrol of IOCL near Amethi (UP) Hathkila. and has submittied all the document related to the application completely. survey of the land/location was done by the IOCL officer and they have given greem signal to me. according to IOCL local sales manager our ranking was TOP (85 Marks ) as per the criteria of IOCL ( Education+Land Location Status+Financial Status+Experiance...etc). I hv been selcted for the interview on 14th June. ther was other 5 Candidate for interview. During the interview they have asked me to provide all evidence which i hv submitted with application form. but it was bad luck out of 3 Bank pass book only two i hv shown to them and another was forgetted to bring from home. for which they have asked me to write a "undertaking" and they have given me clear assurance that you will be selcted but when they had declared the list. the petrol pump was allocated to other one lady Savita Pandey with Ranking of 61 Marks. Request to you please have a look in the matter and take appropriate action against the culprit.

Non delivery of filled cylinders
Sir,
My consumer No is 87661A SV.No 346347 of Guwahati Shivam Gas Service, Assam, under Indane, IOCl.My delear is very corrouip and he is always selling cylinders at black markets as a result we had to suffer every months since last one year.Frequentlyn we have to go and beg them for cylinders as we are helpless, as both the cylinders gets finised due to non delivery of cylinders despite timely booking.Many a times I have seen them giving cylinders in from of me to persons who had not booked even, may be taking extra money.My last delivery of filled cylinders was on 11.04.2010 and i have to use the cylinder the same day.I have booked for next cyulinder on 02.05.2010, but till date I have not been delivered cylinder and both of my cylinder is empty and iave to take some other means of cooking, this is the patateic condition of Lpg supply at Guwahati, same ot IOCl and its dealers for corruption.On enquiring the dealer requesting for supply of cylinders, they told till date the persons booked on 24.04 are being provided.I dont Kinw when I will get the cilled cylinders and again use LPG for Cooking.Thank you for good service.
Please try to do some favour by restricting your dealears form this kind of mal practice and stop harrrising the common genuin public who cant afford to purchase cylinders at exubirant price in black.
