Sub: Faulty piece and very bad service
It’s very painful to say that being your company’s shareholder; I’m very fed up with your company’s service. I had purchased a water purifier of 10 ltrs on 05.01.10 and observed heavy leakage in the next month itself. By this the filter system is not in position to be used. Complaint was given to your call center on 1st March, 2010 and the complaint no. given to me was 145938. I was assured that the action will be taken within 24 hrs and the problem will be rectified, but nothing happened. I waited till the end of next day, days went on, and weeks went on but no reply nor any action. Between this period (from 1st March till 15th march) I tried calling again and again to call centre but no action, rather they gave me a couple off nos. of Bangalore division and Mysore’s office. When I used to call, those people gave other no. and this went on till I collected more than 15 different nos. off your company. The funny thing on which I need to bang my head to the wall is that, I had almost got all off your nos. through out India. When call, the reply is “ sir please call on this no. xxx, the concerned person will sort your problem”, by this way I collected more than fifteen nos. I felt as if I’m an scapegoat for this company and they are chopping my neck one by one.
After many reminders, a person from Ion exchange visited on 15th March at 2.30 PM. He completely dismantled the whole purifier and replied saying that it will be rectified. On 16th one Mr. Prashanth came to the premises and asked me to change the board but I refused to get it done as I demanded to replace me an new purifier because I was been given an damaged piece. Later, again nothing happened. Most interesting to know is the person with whom we placed the order, Mr. Suresh (mob no. 9379843618) is not interested to neither talk to us nor receive our calls. He was the one who visited our place more than 3 times a day and kept calling whole day to convince us to purchase the purifier. Continuously on 17th, 18th & on 19th we kept calling on your given nos. but no response. We might have wasted thousands of Rupees on our telephone to contact your people. On whole I am very disappointed with your company and will never suggest anyone to purchase your product.
On whole I question you that What about the quality of components you use or you are simply putting your stamp & making a killing of the brand name. Due to your company’s negligence and hopeless response my family is badly suffering. I don't want this Water purifier system again and want my money back with additional compensation against the harassment I went through. The next step ill be going through is to approach the consumer court and file a case against your company.
