This person will smile in your face and stab you in the back quicker than you can say mochacappuccinocaramelmachiotto! First, she will sign you to a three month lease which at first you think is to your advantage because if you don't like the place, you can move after 90 days, but that is where this person starts to turn on you and complains about your music being too loud, or your car not patked in the right spot, (it's a two-car garage, ) or your TV is too loud, oh and you can't have anyone spend the night or she will charge you an extra fee for every night that they are there, or that you have not vaccumed your floors as often as she would like...I think you all get the picture! Well of course after the 90 days were up she started doing stuff like turning the hot water on when I was taking a shower, (it is a two-story house, I live downstairs, ) not paying for garbage or recycling service so I had to haul my own to the dump and then the kicker, handing me a three day to vacate/eviction notice. What she does not realize is that I had already spoke to the previous tenant and her neighbours about her and her own neighbours offered up the details of her place being a revolving door of tenants just so she could collect some extra cash for a while than get rid of them and move in someone else to take advantage of. I forgot to mention that she would often and I do mean often call me and ask if I could carry her groceries or rake the leaves and the final straw, fix her computer! The ungrateful bitch had the nerve to ask me to pay a $16 late fee, PER DAY!, because I "shorted her $1" on a payment I made towards my deposit. ONE STINKING DOLLAR! In-home computer repair tech's charge anywhere from $50-$75 per hour for this service and I did for her for FREE! If any of you ever come across this woman or know someone who is planning to rent from her STOP! It is a cycle of mental instability that has been documented and proven and don't let her fool you, she will claim to have COPD which is a pulminary disease, in fact she smokes about a pack of cigarettes per day and claims COPD to the Social Security Admin. for disability benefits!
