Duped like the rest. Bought the product over a debate at work, lost the bet buy the way, it does not work, tried 3 different people on this product. Then without notice your card will be charged $99 almost 3 months later.
Called them to explain charge to me, why was I double billed. They explained when you buy the product and give c/c that that's all the consent they need to put you in their VIP club and start charging your c/c. It works for them because they can sell double the product before the consumer knows whats happened. I'm pretty cautious but they got me cold. When I said this is boarder line illegal she said you can cancel at any time on the internet and hung up on me. You see when you get your second "buy two get one free" packet in the mail and realize there is a problem their 30 day refund guarantee is out of play because it was timed right to expire in this process which I call a scam. Figuring this out now I called back and they ask your name, place you on hold till you hang up, or simply disconnect you delaying the refund process even more. Then you try disputing the charge with your c/c company, that takes 7-10 business days. After 3x calling I gave up and admitted defeat. Anyone want to buy 3 bottles for $99 ?
This is the response you will get when you dispute the charges with your credit card company. Again I challenge anyone who has not been ripped off by these predators to find this VIP thing when acting in good faith between proprietor and consumer. Boiler Plate response!
We have received and logged the submitted dispute for Mr. John Doe. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to proceed further with this case with what has been presented to us. Our member states that he never signed up nor agreed to a re-occurring charge or membership. Per the terms and conditions that must be acknowledged to submit your card information, every purchase includes enrollment in to the merchant’s “VIP” program, which will place reoccurring transactions of $99.99. Please contact Mr. Doe and advise that because he submitted his card number, he agreed to the terms provided below the bottom to place the order. (See Below) I did find that anyone is able to visit the website at www.ionlineorder.com and click the appropriate link to cancel the membership. This will cancel all future transactions for the “VIP” membership.
