I purchased the tooth whitening product earlier this year, I believe it was March 2009. I found it to be totally useless, does not work as per the claims. I cancelled, or attempted to cancel any further orders/charges after a month or so after realising that the product was no good !. However this comapny have continued to chharge my MBNA credit card. Even worse, they have not sent the product either. They charged me U.S. $99.00 - equivalent £63.68 U.K. - no product received. Then again on 2nd October 2009 they have charged another £64.60 - to date I have not received that shipment either. I have contacted my card provider and instructed them to close my account with them, but they tell me that this company can continue to make these fraudulent charges when they want and I find this criminal - how can they be allowed to do this ?
I have cancelled the agreement (so called) again, today 20th October 2009 and the automated cancellation form states again that the order is cancelled. So far they have taken illegally £128.48 from my credit card for nothing, no products sent.
Please help me, I am at a loss as to how to go forward to stop these people from continuing this fraudulent behaviour.
