returns / refunds / auto shipping & billing
I recently ordered Celebreity Sexy Teeth Whitener. When I ordered over the phone, I specifically asked if this was a one time order, or if the company would continue to send me 'refills' and keep billing me. They said this was a one time order and assured me there would be no auto refills or auto billing.
I recieved my first order fine and expected that to be the end of it. When I recently returned from a long trip, I came home to another shipment from Ionlineorder.com which had, not 1, but 3 refills. I was upset that they auto shipped so looked to return the order and cancel any future orders. I looked at their return information, and was directed to a website. I got to the site once, but where is said to fill out a form, there was no form. I looked for a phone number, but none was listed. When I went back to visit the site, it was no longer available.
It is now past the 30 days to return for a refund, which is fine because I was out of town. But I would like to at least stop the next shipment and billing. How does one get in touch with these folks? I've checked around on the internet, and I see similar complaints about this company. What can one do to get these guys from milking unsuspecting and honest customers? Especially those who specificly ask not to be auto shipped and auto billed? How can we shut these guys down? Anyone with ideas on how to help?
thanks, -k

unauthorised credit card debits
I went on ionline.com to order teeth whitener, on the page it says if you click on the star at the top you will get $50 rebate so i pressed on the star and wellnesswatchersmd popped up on the screen and i clicked on free trial.
well 2 days later they took $2.50 out of my account I did not give them any off my details so they must have gotten my card information fron ionline.com. I thought nothing off it and didn't see the point in complaining about $2.50 until last month and this month again they have taken $29.95 out of my account each time I went on to wellwatchersmd and there is a small paragraph that says you need to cancel your trial within 14 days or you wil be signed up for a year and they will charge you $29.95 a month . this has got to be illegal what they are doing if i had signed up to them and willing given them my card details then i wouldn't have any comeback. but as i didn't give my card details to them, ionline.com supplied them to wellnesswatchersmd without my consent . i want my money back .something has to be done as i am not the only one this has happened to
