I applied this product according to directions and even overnight. Not a race of result. Contacted the company which said the patio umbrella was probably compromised. Took it to a professional awning cleaner who made it look like new. No problems with the fabric. Company rep told me to keep the stuff and try it on other items. Same problem with two patio cushions. The product made no difference whatsoever.

In this era of customer care I felt I was blown off and out the 18 dollars paid for the product from their retailer.
