Amount of $89.31 was deducted from my checking account before the 14 day cancellation. Called and was able to reach company and told them I had not received their product, and that it was going to be returned when ever it was delivered to the post office. The product was returned and I was told that a reversal of charge will be posted to my account within 14 business days after they received the product back.
I was given a confirmation number. It has been over two months and the only thing I get when I dial the above number is a busy signal. There has been no amount credited back to my account.
