In July I requested a sample of their product for the cost of shipping. I received another month's supply and sent it back. There was no bill included with the shipment. However I was billed $89.31 to my credit card on 8/19. I contacted my credit card company about the charge and noticed another charge had been made on 9/18.

I have had difficulty getting in touch with the company, but finally did this morning and was told that they do not accept return shipment and that they do not issue credits.
