Ordered product on 3/25/08 through an advertisement on the website of www.webmd.com. Had not received by 4/15/08 so I called on 4/16/08 and spoke with Carl. Told him I had not received my product, yet my M/C has already been charged and not for the $3.95 for the trial product, but for $89.31. He apologized and said he would cancel the product going out and would remove the charge from my credit card. On 4/17/08, I received my trial product, but my charge had not been removed from my credit card. I returned the product on 4/18/08.

Have not heard from them since. I note also that the advertisement on webmd is no longer there.

Is there any recourse for their actions?
