Purchased the product to unlock an iPhone. The instructions did not work and after multiple tries I requested a refund. Their website states the following refund policy:
"We offer a no question asked refund policy so if you feel for any reason that our iPhone Unlock / Jailbreak solution doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund with no questions asked."
However, after several refund requests they have stopped responding. Bottom line, product does not work and they are do not issue a refund.

I wished to unlock my iPhone to use it with another cell phone service provider but was taken in by this online scam. The instructions did not include my iphone version. The home page says their instructions will work but once you pay, there are no instructions on what to do next if there is a problem with the iPhone version. "100% money back guarantee on any order that is placed." on the website homepage is a fake. The "sales & support" phone lines don't work. I'm out my money. I ended up going to a man who advertised locally on Craigslist to help me and he fixed the phone in a few minutes.
