I still have not got any product

I ordered 2 iphone cases from this site on March 28, 2011. what a mistake after I ordered them I came across this site with all the negative feedback, I was instantly worried. I still have not got any product . I emailed them last week, finally I asked them if this was a scam and wanted my money back...I got an email last week from then stating my product would be mailed. STILL WAITING. Its not like you can call them in HONG KONG. and I live in the midwest.

They will no longer answer me & will not refund me

I spent £30 on phonecase, they sent a confirmation, this was over 6 weeks ago..everytime i contact them to find out where it is, they give me same ref that takes me to tracking co in hongkong..however no trace of it in UK...& no tracking to find...they will no longer answer me & will not refund me...i paid by debitcard so no way of claiming back.AVOID!!!
