This company makes moving in really easy. We leased a house from this company back in 2008. Our lease was up in the spring. We were given a 2 day notice to sign another lease or move out. We signed the lease and then were transferred to another state 2400 miles away. We were responsible for rent until another person took over. Only the company waited a month before listing the property. They turned down 4 leases because the owners supposedly kept changing criteria. Once someone did rent we received a bill for things that I had been told that I did not have to do. For an example carpet cleaning. They put new carpet in the house, turned around and charged me to clean the carpet they ripped out. Please consider other options before renting from this company.
