I along with other individuals have clearly been duped by this company. I attempted to purchase and iPod Nano 5th generation for my daughters christmas present and when I came across Ipodnanosales.com as the leading light on the search engine thought it would be extremely safe to process through. This company (whoever they are) took the £71.00 immediately from my bank account surprisingly £2.00 more than the price advertised but I put that down to p&p so wasnt overlly worried at the time. However despite numerous emails to the company without reply, I tried once more this morning 6th January to find the site no longer exists and was rerouted here. This company was clearly set up to fleece people of money coming into christmas and the chances of refund are extremely slim, I do however have an appointment with my bank manager later today and as it was a Visa transaction hopefully I will be able to claim some of the loss back. I am extremely displeased with the whole affair and it has certainly put me off internet shopping in future.

I now appear to have received a unit from this supplier. However it will not charge, it does not appear as a device on iTunes in other words it could possibly be a fake or faulty. Will be having it looked at today.

Search google for 5th generation nano this site was second choice after Amazon. Paid by Visamasterpay.com so thought I was safe. Nano arrived 2.1/2 weeks later and could not get to work. Went to a registered Apple dealer in Bradford who told me it was a fake. Its actually a 2nd generation Nano which is now out of date. I have contacted ipod nano sales but no reply. Tried to contact visamaterpay.com but when you fill out their complaints page on the web it says you cant complain on this site you have to refer to csreason.com. I have sent to e-mails to them but no reply. I have informed by bank and fill out a form over the phone but as I paid by debit card they said I may not get my money back. This is a very convincing site and the man at Apple said they only give away that its not correct is the price.

I ordered an iPod nano 5th charcoal-16GB for £79.00 from www.ipods-nanosshop.info on Friday 10th December 2010.

On 11th December they emailed me saying my payment had failed so I re-ordered the ipod and received an email from them on 12th December saying my payment had been successful. I also received an email from Visamasterpay.com, who handled the paynent, saying it had gone through and would show up on my statement as payment to http://Snearer Co.Ltd.

I thought this looked suspicious so I tried to go to www.visamasterpay.com but the page could not be found. When I Googled them all I found was people on websites warning against making payments through them as goods were either fake or not received at all. Next I Googled ipods-nanosshop.info and that's where I found this site (and others) listing all the other people that had been caught out by them.

On 15th December I received an email from ipods-nanosshop.info saying they are now using the domain name www.ipods-nanoshop.info (almost the same but with an "s" removed)

I've tried to email them several times but they have not answered any of my emails. As yet I have received nothing and when I log in through either of the websites my account status says pending (order being processed), but I'm not hopeful of receiving anything other than a fake if I receive anything at all!
