I applied for new connection (IPTV )on 09/12/2009 by Mr. Chetan who is working in Gurgaon. I don’t know why I booked this connection even after knowing / having a bad experience with Airtel services in Gurgaon.
He committed me to start my new connection by next day i.e.10/12/2009. But he makes false Promise or commitment with me and treaded as in very irresponsible manner. After my many follow ups some time he showed me like he is calling to many people to get work done but they are not listening, I clearly told him I am using Tata sky which is going to expired on 12 Dec 2009, so be kindly and get my connection installed. He given me number of many people and I continuously followed up with them, daily morning they said it will install by today evening and in evening they always did a commitment of next day morning by 12 noon. But as of now its 18/12/2009 8:00 pm in night even no one visited at my home still, and the installation engineer (Lakhan)is saying he did not have work order him so he will not install. Due to unavailability of any service, we are unable to watch TV since last 6 days, I am even unable to face my daughter.
As far as internet is concern, I was required this connection to work from home option so I could not avail the same as well. I clearly told them that I will not take this connection if it will not get installed by today 18/12/2009.
Please let me know the procedure to get my money back
