I was at work and some guy tried to serve court papers on me with no success. He went to a Co-worker of mine and told her that he was a long-time friend of mine and asked her if I still worked there and that was a pure down right lye!! I've never seen this guy in my life!! Then he came to my register while I working and asked me if I was Joni Woods and I told him no. Then on March 31, 2010, 2 guys came to my register and could'nt see my name tag. The one guy nodded at the other guy and threw court papers at me. I picked them up, not looking at them and threw them at that guy as he ran out the door. The door greeter picked them up and took them to the service desk. The other guy was still at my register and I told him to quit harassing me. He said "Oh should I go to another register" and I said yes. He went to the register behind me and I went up and asked him his name, he would'nt give me his name and said he worked for Express Legal Services. I told him if they did'nt stop harassing me that I was going to get an attorney. I have 2 witnesses that saw the whole thing happen. If you need their information, I will gladly give it to you. Lastly, Someone came to my door and knocked on it for 18 minutes ( I timed it). I received nothing on what they were up to. Then, on my April 15th, 2010 paystub there is a garnishment and for what I and how much they think I owe them, I have no idea what so ever!!! So, I assume it's probably them. This is pure and simple harassment on their part and it is illegal. When this all started, they were threatening me, being down right rude and lying about this whole ordeal. I borrowed $100.00 from my mom to start making payment to them. She called IQ DAta herself and talked to somebody!! This was in 2008 or 2009. Then my mom gets here credit card statement and they charged the whole amount which was about $604.00 to her credit card without her permission. She only gave them permission to put $100.00 on her card. So, I called them, and they told me that I gave them my permission to put the whole amount on her credit card and I did no such thing at all. I would never do anything like this without my mother's permission!!! That is totally illegal!! They have dishonest, kniving and very bad business practice and should be closed down!!!
