Dr. CHITSAZ on my return(Durham university conference (1 st- 2 nd July 2008)) from London to Dubai, stricken leg waist, leg hurts, head ache, sprain and lumbago by reason of deficient seat in all time flight Emirates (EK 030, Date 05 Jul 2008, time 1700, seat 21c ).

Lumbosacral:

1- DJD change such as subchondral sclerosis and marginal osteofitis of c6 to c7 is remarkable.

2- Reduction of hiatus L5-S1
