My cell Phone No is 9746684202. I was out of Kerala from 2nd July-2008 to 24th July-2008. On 9th July after receive a SMS on my cell phone in Delhi, I have paid amount Rs.222.00 for E-Recharge, and same day at once a SMS received in my cell phone regarding successfull recharge, but amount not credited in my balance. I make contect to Airtel costomer care in Delhi on cell Phone, and I was advised that this Kerala No you please contect costomer care in Kerala, we can not do any help from here, than I inform my friend in Kerala to inform regarding the fact to costomer care, he was advised by costomer care that recharge has been successfull but when he will return in Kerala amount will be credited in balance automatically. I returned on 24th July in Kochi, but till now amount has not been credited in my balance. I make contect in city Airtel office at Kochi, they informed that your amount has been lapsed. We can not do any help.

It is requested you to do needful early as possiblyfor credit of amount Rs. 222.00 in my balance.
