Dear Sir/Madam,
I regret to inform you that IRCTC online-ticket services are not working satisfactorily.
To put the case infront of you, till now I have booked many tickets through www.irctc.co.in, but none is appearing in the section of booked history. Recently also I booked a ticket, which I need to cancel now. I my trying to cancel it for a long time now, but no success. On clicking on Cancellation option, PNR no and transaction id are being asked and on correct input of data also, no record is being shown for cancellation.
I have to urgently cancel the ticket and am trying for it well before the departure of the train.
Please confirm me that due to this technical bug, who will be responsible for inappropriate/no amount being refunded to me? Due to this error at their end, why should the customer pay?

IRCTC shuld resolve this bug and prior to it should cancel the ticket and refund the amount which should be refunded in case the cancellatin is done well before the departure of the train.
Moreover, it should get that bug fixed so that such instance doesn't get repeated.
