worst maintanence

very worst maintenance by irctc.co.in, what the hell is going on here. We are unable to travel in train by booking a takal tickets. It is always says SERVIE UNAVAILABLE, COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS like that. It is very shame to see, that the railway department unable to maintain this site promptly.

My booked ticket's details are not present in my account

Hi,

I have booked ticket from my account and the ticket got confirmed and money also got deducted. But my concern is that i am unable to find the same ticket in booked history so i am unable to take print of that. Unfortunately i am unable to cancel this ticket. When i approached IRCTC customer care i got reply that this ticket got booked by somebody else. I got shocked by hearing this. Money got debited from my account and this ticket is somebody's account. I suppose irctc.co.in website can be hacked so easily. I am not aware whom to complaint now.
