I think the best thing about restaurants is the service you received. After being told that the restaurant would hold our food, we returned to find out that they had thrown it away. We spoke to the manager to explain what had occurred and he basically said I am sorry we do not hold food. Even after we spoke with several waitress and they said they would. He didn't acknowledge that his employees gave incorrect information which cost us our meal. By the definition of a contract, Iron Cactus failed to meet their end of the deal. I am planning to report them to BBB and I will never suggest this place to anyone. I encourage everyone to take pride in the service they receive. Especially, when you make sure it's within company policy.
