They cash the check with the promise of free ab straps, just pay the 7.99 shipping and handeling, they cash the check may 13 it's june!!!

Didn't recieve Ab Straps
I bought the iron Gym at our local store on Feb. 14th. I then realized that I needed to send in the order form for the straps and pay S&H charges. I also ordered the wall chart that was available. I paid a total of $15.97 and as of today still have not recieved the straps in the mail. I used my cc# to pay for them becasue I thought that it would be quicker. can you please tell me where they are or just send them to me. i was hoping that I would be able to give them to my son w/the Iron Gym on his Birthday which is in less than 2 weeks. I have not seen that I was billed for them yet but thought that I should have seen something by now.

CREDIT CARD CHARGED TWICE
I ORDERED THE IRON GYM BACK IN OCTOBER, 08...FINALLY RECEIVED IT IN JANUARY, HOWEVER THEY JUST SENT ME ANOTHER ONE. I ONLY ORDERED 1...THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN...I'M CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. MAY I SUGGEST YOU ALL FOLLOW SUIT. GOOD LUCK!

Have not received product yet
I've been waiting now since December 11th for the Iron Gym to arrive. I paid an additional fee to have it delivered quicker. It is now January 8th and I have yet to see a delivery but my credit card has been charged the fee (which fee was more than stated on their website). I'm very dissatisfied. You can't even get someone to return a phone call or an email. I don't know if this company even exists anymore! Don't buy it from them directly. They have this product at Walgreens and Walmart.

I ordered this product on November 22, 2008 for my son for Christmas, had it shipped to his address in WA, he has yet to get this iron gym. The amount of $79.98 has already been deducted from my account. I would appreciate some answers.

Order not received
I ordered the Iron Gym back on Nov.11th. they put the wrong address on the order. Even though they have my phone number no one has tried to contact me. I have even tried calling their customer dervice number and I continue to hear a message saying they are to busy to answer because of the amount of calls coming in and then the call ends.
It is now Dec.24th. and I have yet to hear from anyone.

Refund
I refused delivery of this item - the post office returned it to the company. I epected to see a refund on the credit card statment, but I saw was an additional charge for the item!! I still have been unable to speak with someone directly in customer service to refund both charges on my account. Especially since I DON'T have the product!! This is too much!! Signed EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!

Rush processing fee
Iron Gym shipping fee is a scam; especially the "Rush Processing" fee.
I ordered on the 8th of Dec. suppose to have left on 10th. I thought I was paying for rush delivery but they flip floped when I called to see why I had not received the item. today is the 20th of Dec. and I still haven't received the order. I t was a xmas gift. The shipping fee of 27.98 was to have included rush processing but rush processing means "rushing the item out of the warehouse not rush delivery. They did offer to refund the rush processing part of the shipping charge. But why charge for it in the first place? If you get it out the warehouse faster, shouldn't it be shipped faster? Plus, all you get are crazy explanations from customer service. They sent me to "irongymorderstatus.com" and it a site that is a work in process. The site is indeed a scam. It doesnot help with any order status. I quess I'll receive my gift in jan.09

unauthorized charge
I ordered the iron gym but was also charged for push up equipment. Customer service was terrible, after 3 phone calls, inlcuding one to corporate, still have not received a credit to my credit card.
