They called ahead of time to say when they would arrive. The only good thing they did was arrive on time. However, the guy had the wrong work order. We explained that we didn't want any new direct tv boxes, as wel already had our own. We just wanted to hook up our existing boxes. He acted like it would be possible to change the order over the phone and that he would complete what we wanted. Well, while we were on the phone, he went to work to complete the original work order - installing one new box. When we figured out what he did, we asked him to take back the box and to wait a few more minutes while we were on the phone with Direct Tv. What does he do? He runs to his car, and gets in. We kept asking for his business card and name, and he wouldn't respond. He only responded to us when he said he was going to run over boxes that were sitting behind his car. This company has horrible customer service and the installators are rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate.
