Unproffesional dirty salon. they did a very bad job. Hair broke off while still in the salon and they did not accept damages. They continued with the job not considering my hair strength could not handle it. They forced me to pay the money, i told them "you are still going to charge me after you did this"? she said yes, because of all the time they put into it. I had no other choice, she was forcing me to pay.

Once I got home my roomate and neighbors took me back to the salon to try to resolve the issue and the salon owner was very arrogant and did not care or want to listen to the issue. She told us the charges would still have to be made due to the time it took, she was careless and insensitive towards the issue.
