TO DO A RETURN WITH A RECEIPT I REQUESTED FOR A STORE CREDIT OF $ 39.99 INSTEAD OF THEM CREDITING IT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD...THE CASHIER PROCEED AND SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT DO THAT...I ASKED TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR WHICH SHE DID WHOM IT WAS TASHA ASST MANAGER.. (REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER LAST NAME) SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATS SO EVER..SHE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME THAT THEY COULD NOT AND WILL NOT DO THAT...I THEN ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR AND NORA ASLSO AN ASST MANAGER WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP ME...THEN I ASKED HER FOR THE STORE MANAGER THE BIG CHIEF AT THAT TIME WHOM IT WAS KENSON...TERRIBLE MANAGER /CUSTOMER SERVICE. DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK THE REGISTER..TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.. HE SAID THAT I COULD GO AND GET WHATEVER I WANTED THAT HE WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR ME...BUT THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED I WANTED THE STORE GIFT CARD TOTALLY REFUSED AND COULD NOT HELP...I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR OVER 30 TO 45 MIN BACK FORTH AND THAT NO-ONE COULD RESOLVE THIS ISSUE...I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE EMBARRSEMENT THAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH AND LOOSE SO MUCH TIME ON MY HANDS FOR A STUPID RETURN..I HAD NEVER HAD A SITUATION SO INSIGNIFICANT AT ANTY RETAIL STORE THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN RE SOLVED BY ANY SUPERVISOR..AS A MATTER OF FACT THE CASHIER ALWAYS ASKS DO YOU WISH FOR A STORE CREDIT OR A CREDIT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT...ALSO I CONTINUED AND JUST WANTED TO GET THIS OVER WITH AND JUST ASKED THEM TO CREDIT IT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCT...WHICH MR. KENSON HAS NO IDEA OF HOW TO USE A REGISTER ...I HOPE THIS COMPLAIN WILL BE HEARD AND WOULD LIKE A RETURN EMAIL IF POSSIBLE...ISN'T WALLMART ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...I'AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN...I HOPE YOU SPEAK WITH YOUR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE WAY OUT OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DEFINATELY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER...
