VERY BAD SERVICE
I paid them to design a web page for me and I am SO VERY UNHAPPY with the service they provided I would STRONGLY suggest you stay away from this company. They did design a page, but, once it was up they did not make any changes that were needed. I was not able to get e-mails from the contact us page, and there were so many changes that HAD to be made and they did nothing. The way they left it was in no way condusive to my business. They did not answer any of my e-mails, and they could not be reached by phone. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY

Scammers
ISO WebWorks is a HIT reincarnation, or so close to it that it makes no difference. Let's examine exactly why ISO WebWorks is a web design and hosting clone of HIT web design:
1. Most employees are former VP's of HIT Web Design. So what if none of the owners of HIT web design are working at ISO WebWorks web design and hosting? So suddenly the Vice Presidents of HIT, who all worked there for years, got consciences and are now remorseful for ripping off all those customers?
2. Jeremy Aitken of HIT Web Design was seen hauling equipment out of HIT web design the day it closed and then installing that new equipment in the American Fork Utah location of ISO WebWorks. Why would they be able to use HIT equipment unless the owners had given their stamp of approval on ISO WebWorks? With all the liens on HIT Web Design there is no way they can legally sell the equipment to ISO WebWorks.
3. ISO WebWorks is using software that was developed at HIT Web Design. Again, same as the equipment from HIT. Why would they be able to use HIT software if they weren't approved by HIT web design's owners? Software developed by HIT employees is the same as equipment; it is an asset of the company.
4. ISO WebWorks uses Heritage Web Solutions a.k.a. HIT Web Design websites as example websites on their own portfolio. The irony behind this is I can guarantee you that none of those web sites on their portfolio was designed by any designer presently employed by ISO WebWorks. We all know it isn't the well loved Tanner Wolsey who hasn't designed a thing for HIT Web Design in years.
OK, so tell me again how and why ISO WebWorks isn't a direct reincarnation of HIT web design? If it looks like a clone, smells like a clone and acts like a clone, how is it not a clone?

Fraudulent Business Practice
New name, same fraudulent behavior. This company is nothing more than a re-mix of the former HIT Web Design (aka: Heritage Web Design) who just bailed on 15, 000+ customers. They simply moved up the road to a new town (American Fork, UT) in a poor attempt to throw people off.
Having been burned by HIT Web Designs in the past, I have kept what little information I could about my contact with them. I had a couple of names. I called the "new number" to verify their connections by asking for the persons I had from HIT Web Designs, and low and behold, THEY ANSWERED!
New location, same tricks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you do, you WILL lose your money. There are a number of reputable companies out there that will do the right thing and will take care of you. My suggestion would be one called EagleGrafx. I used them when my HIT Web Design project never happend. They can be reached at: http://www.eaglegrafx.com . They are very affordable, and will stand behind thier work. Please do your homework before getting involved with any web-design company.
