Unauthorized charge
I expressed interest in what I thought would be a good home based business for myself. I authorized a charge for 1.88 on my credit card. Before I knew it, speedway charged 129.95 on my card. They told me I authorized it, and I didn't. Now they refuse to refund me for this charge. I never even used their system at all. Is there anything I can do to get this money back? Also, one of their representatives was very rude and pushy to me over the phone. Not a good company to deal with.

fraudulent charges
I was charged $129.00 on my debit card for nothing. I paid $1.99 for initial enquiry about the company. and that it. I thaought it was one time charge and nothing else. Once these people have your credity card number they will keep c harging indicriminately. Be careful. There is no money to be made. If anyone knows how to ring down the full extend of the law on these people please contact me

liars
I THOUGHT I was entering into a work from home program with Google, but instead I got Ispeedway. Even after calling to cancel I was still charged $99.95!!! What was advertised through Google isn't even what Ispeedway offers. A rep said they aren't' even even affiliated with one another ...ughh. You won't get your money back and other companies have "tagged" on with their account and started charging me as well. Only trust Google as a search engine and don't trust "Istealway"!!!

Unauthorized Billing
I sent an inquiry to iSpeedway and they were to send an email with information at a cost of $1.95. I never received the email and 2 weeks later a charge for $99.95 showed on my bank account. I called them and I was informed that they showed that the email was sent and came up with all sorts of excuses as to why I "may" have not seen it. They informed me that when I signed up for the free trial, I agreed to the $99.95 software. I asked that the software be kept and the charge reversed. I was informed that the charge is non-refundable.<br />

fraudulent advertising
This company fraudulently advertises that for $1.60 they would send me information about a home business opportunity. Instead according to them, they emailed the information which I never received, indicating that in 15 days they would charge my account $99.95 for the business package. This was not disclosed in the original advertisement. I was under the impression that the information would be sent to me by mail so that I could look it over before I authorized any payment to this company. On the 15th day they deducted the amount from my banking account causing an overdraft of my account. When I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Renee, letting her know that I did not receive the information prior to the deduction, I was told that since they sent the email and it didn't bounce back, that was their proof I received it. They claimed they sent 3 email one of which was an activation notice. I never activated these services. I would like to have a full refund and I would like for this company to be more specific in their original ad to indicate that this deduction will take place in 15 days.

Fraud
Beware of www.iSpeedway.com! They will charge your credit card 9.95 for your personal business website, then charge you 69.95 each month unless you cancel. But when you try to cancel after you realize what a scam this is, no one will respond to your email to cancel, and they will keep billing your credit card. I finally had to change my credit card number, then they started calling me and threatening to turn it over to a collection company unless I continued to pay them! I reported them to the U.S. Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. Avoid these scammers like the plague!

fraudulent charges
ISpeedway promised a website and products that you could sell and make huge profits off of by only paying like $90. I thought it would be worth it to try it out, so we did. As soon as we signed up, they called night and day to get us to upgrade our membership for $500 for a lifetime subscription. It is $69 per month if you do not get the lifetime membership. So, we did that too. Then they continued to call us at all hours on our cell phones, at home, and at work to try to get us to upgrade out membership to a platnum, silver, or gold package to have their company create our website, have access to all of their products, get the advertising we would need in order to get the sales we would need to make the profit we were looking for. And the packages start at $3500.00. We told them no, we were not interested in investing any more money and they continued to call us and even charged our account $5667.00 and called to see if they could get us to the website department to get our website created. Luckily our bank contacted us and we were able to stop this charge from going through. But if you choose to go with ispeedway just know they will charge your account or atleast try to charge your account for their "website" set up and whatever else they can find to charge you for.

Unauthorized billing
On Dec 4th, 2008, I responded to a radio ad. I liked what I heard in he beginning, so I provided my credit card to order the basic service. Then the telephone salesman began to push additional products and services. i was not interested, but he would not take 'no' for an answer. He continued to try the 'hard' sale approach. I has to hang up on him, and call back to speak to a supervisor. I canceled my order. and the supervisor advised me that nothing would be charged to my credit card. This was NOT true. I was charged $9.95 to my credit card. I had to dispute it with my bank to have it reversed. I called Ispeedway again, to complain, and spoke to another supervisor, again. He told me he was sorry, and would make sure this does not happen again.
On Jan 5th, 2009, I noticed a pending charge on my credit card from Ispeedway for $99.95. I called them again, and discovered I STILL had an open account with them and my credit card was scheduled to be charged every month. This time, the Customer Service Representative assured me she was going to cancel my account and issue a reversal to my credit card for the $99.95.
I can not believe it is so difficult to manage the sales department of this company. Even id they had the best product for the cheapest price, I would NEVER do business with Ispeedway, and will NEVER refer them to anyone.

Fraud and scam
This is to every single person who has to tried to own their own business and create your own wealth. Internet Speedway is not a scam 99.9% of the people complaining on this website about ispeedway are either lying about their experiences or didn't even open the package they were sent instead they believed the crap on websites like this and canceled before putting in any effort into the business. There is a reason for 5% 'the rich' of Americans have more money then the other 95%'poor or middle class', because this country has a horrible mentality on how money works. There is no way possible for a company with these credentials to be a scam or ripoff come on people. You only scam yourselves, its not this companies job to make you get off your butt do the market research get the site designed and actually work this like a business. The pros of this company is its software system enabling novice users to start a business now if you have big dreams of making a couple thousand each month with it, well its not going to happen over night. You have to understand people that the biggest reason people fail with this is because they run it like a get rich quick scheme, ITS A BUSINESS and the chances of a business that only cost 10 dollars becoming a 6 figure income for you is not realistic. You have to invest the time and certainly the money to make a business work this is how its been done for eons. There are some problems with there program there free cd they say you will receive takes 2 weeks to get to you which you don't even need to make money go figure so people who wine about this didn't listen when they first called in, there support team is a sales department who shows you your options with the company and i have talked to people that did feel it was high pressure sales. The products in the basic store aren't as competitive as the larger retail stores. The main problem with this business is that it markets to novice users who have no experience and unrealistic dreams who procrastinate and wants a fly by night scam. Thats why you see the stories of thousands lost these people do the same crap over and over and expect different results its called insanity. I have made money with this program and i did invest the time and money and what you put into this you will get out of it. It does work its just a process just like any other business so this message is for all of you wondering if ispeedway is a scam. Its not the real question you have to ask yourself is am i ready or capable to run and own my own business. ITS NOT FOR EVERYONE.
