Scott Stearns - Dialup Inc Scam
This company says it will get you listed quickly? NO WAY, There was NO increase in traffic. And, they could care less about customer satisfaction. I read other reports on here to cancel your credit card because they steal your card number and will continue to charge. That really spells TROUBLE IF YOU submitted a trial with them QUICKLY CANCEL, TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL. And, report the card lost or stolen. They dont care about you, they provide a worthless service. I have no tolerance for this anymore

CHARGING ME $50 WITHOUT USING THEIR SERVICE
Hi,
I never ever made any transaction to this company but I am wondering why if why they charged me $50 that I am not using their services.
I was shocked that iSubmit charge me every 20th of the month without using their services. I never had any transaction to them but trey continue charging me. Just Last day July 20, 2010 iSubmit charged me Php2, 364.72 or $50USD. I really so shocked I want my money back to me as soon as possible. I want a refund. I attached a photo for the proof that iSubmit charge really charge me.

iSubmit is a FRAUDULENT Company!
IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THEIR SERVICES, CALL AND CANCEL YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! Contact the fraud department of either your debit card bank or credit card department, and they will issue you a new account and close out the old one that will GET ROBBED CLEAN by iSubmit.com.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!
They're services are non-existent, and they steal money from unsuspecting people everyday. The only job of their "customer service" is to keep their clients from canceling their accounts so they can make money.
CANCEL YOUR DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!!!

billing after cancellation
I tried out Isubmit service for a month or two then cancelled it six or seven months ago. I just checked over my bank statements from july until present, ( i know, i should have been checking them monthly) and i have been charged $50 a month this whole time! I tried calling their number (866 978 2648) but i just get a recording the an answering machine. I want my money back and will be reporting them to the BBB if they don't contact me and refund me!
I will post back within a couple days if I do or do not get anywhere with this problem.
I've found multiple problems like this and have been trying to resolve them. Complaintsboard.com has been a big help.

Never Refund my money
Is true they never refund the money I have my email evidence for cancellation. They never answer you back. Pleople listen to this, don't buy anything from this website Isubmit.com is a fraud... They charge me 50 dollars I never see it back.

Billing
I tried their 30 free trial search engine submission service and canceled withing 30 days. They charged my account $50.00 anyway. Their phone number listed with the transaction is not answered by a human being.

unauthorized charges
Did not honor request to cancel account on August 26th 2009. Billed me again in september 2009.
Would not reply to email, and could not log into account to view transaction history.
Filed a dispute with the BBB and my credit card company as well as this site, and one other scam reporting website.
Caution advised when dealing with this company.
Phone number does not work.

I have tried to contact (isubmit.com ) to cancel my subsciption by phone and on line.They have not returned my calls or email, and they are still billing my credit card.

trying to cancel/refund of charges
Appearently, the (isubmit services) were offered as part of a (free trial) of something else that I was interested in. Unfortunatly I was not made aware of this until I saw the charges to my bank account! I REALY WOULD PREFER TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON ABOUT THIS!!! I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE $50.00 .I NEED THIS MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My email to reply to is [email protected]
