Hillsborough County Court records show over 20 Judgments (typically default) against ISWS Inc.

They buy materials and have the materials shipped to military bases, the military pays ISWS Inc, ISWS Inc does not pay the supplier.

ISWS Inc is using the US Government as a receiver (of stolen property ?, party to Fraud ?, party to Grand Theft ? ) and the owners and staff at ISWS Inc are all well aware of what they are doing.

My sales company, Ox Creek Energy Associates Inc, has been doing North American sales for a South African company for about 10 years.
Early in 2010 we received a government camera specification from a company (ISWS Inc.) in Tampa, FL;
Quoted to the spec;
ISWS Inc issued a PO with shipment into Ft Rucker, AL Army base;
ISWS Inc sold the camera to US Army - Redstone Arsenal at Ft Rucker, AL;
ISWS received payment from the US Army on May 24, 2010;
ISWS Inc has not made payment to as of this date Aug 31, 2010;

I have found on the internet (Florida Corporation website www.sunbiz.org ) where ISWS Inc, has multiple Judgments totalling over $140, 000, most recent in June 2010;
and on the website (www.fedspending.org) where the suppliers that ISWS Inc has not paid also sold and shipped there materials into US Military bases;

So what I have done to date include:
1. Aug 4 contacted the Inspector General at Ft Rucker, AL
2. Aug 4 contacted the FBI in Milwaukee.
3. contacted the Tampa area Better Business Bureau who had ISWS Inc rated a B-, and they told me they use a complex formula to evaluate companies, I wouldn't understand, I sent them to www.sunbiz.org where the Judgments are listed and asked who didn't understand.
4. contacted Kewaunee Police Dept, for referral to Hillsborough FL Sheriffs office.
5. contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint.
6. contacted the US Postal Inspectors and filed a complaint.
7. contacted the Florida State Attorneys office.
8. contacted the IRS
9. contacted Homeland Security, if they don't have asetts in US, then...the million dollars in government business in the last 8 years has been moved elsewhere.
10. contacted the CCR
11. contacted D&B
12. contacted my Congressman to locate additional Government offices that are responsible for elimiating Fraud.
13. Contacted the other suppliers to ISWS Inc who have not been paid and we have exchanged stories and information and ideas.
