I was working somewhere and then I got call from ITTB that there is job opening for QA in some company. I was looking for change so I went and gave interview there and got selected. I signed the contract with them and I informed my current manager and gave him two weeks notice. My manager asked me that if I can work for one more week so that he get time to find my replacement. I said that I'll ask the new recruiter and will let him know. When I asked ITTB they said that no they want me to join ASAP so I can't delay joining a week. So I said no to my current manager. Then on Friday, which was my last day in my current job, when I came home after work ITTB called me and said that that I can't start my new job on Monday as the person who is responsible for onboarding is not in the city. The joinging will be on tuesday or wednesday. He said that on Monday he'll call me and let me know. Then on Monday I waited for his call but he didn't call but then when I called he said that the joing date is still not confirmed it'll be by thrusday and he said that he'll let me know. Then he didn't call on Wednesday and when I called him he again added one more day for me to wait. Like this he wasted my whole week by adding one more day whenver I called him and said that it'll be on next Monday now. When I didn't get call from him on Monday I called him again and then he let me know that position has been scrapped and now the position for which I was selected is no more open. When I asked him as what I will do now as I don't have any job he just said Sorry. Now when I try to call him he doesn't answer my call and never reply to my voicemails. Now I don't have any job and I am sitting idle and getting frustrated.
ITTB people must have been aware of this and thats why 'they didn't make me join the company. This is the worst company that anybody can work with. They are not at reliable and trustworthy. They are not at professional and just think of themselves. Never work with them.
