Non Delivery of item purchased via Traders Ebay Online Store (Ita Direct). Payment was acccepted on 03 September 2008. Item has not been delivered. The initial excuse was out of stock and resupply delays. Trader finally agreed to refund payment on 7 November 2008. Refund has still not been effected as at 05 December 2008. Trader appears to be a registered business using 2 ABN's (76-129-076-026 and 22-524-124-264) Trader has a recent history of non delivery (Based on Internet research).
Trader now appears to have shutdown online site so expect ive lost my money.
