Poor Customer Service
Unauthorized charges totalling £212.78 were taken from my bank account, using the card details I had stored with iTunes. iTunes refuse to speak to you on the phone about anything to do with their products, even in fraud cases and I requested 4 times for someone to call me but was told ''we don't normally call our customers'' and no telephone calls. Apple refused to stop or suspend the payments, but they don't have a reason that they CAN'T do this, they just simply WON'T, they also say they can't investigate any fraud until the bank contacts them and there is no way of stopping that money from going out of your bank account. How convenient! It didn't matter to them that this would overdraw me! They also had the cheek to ask me to pay for further charges, which the hacker had managed to add after I cancelled my bank card! iTunes service and support was appalling, will definitely not be using Apple ever again!

cant purchase song
When i was purchasing songs on itunes, i searched a song. The song i wanted didn't come up. When i was on youtube listening to the same song there were comments saying how you could only buy the song if you lived in the united kingdom. I tried switching to the uk but it wouldn't let me unless i had a valid address and until i spent all my money that i had on my account. All i want is Ultraviolet by the Stiff Dylans on the United States Itunes!

i tried at least three times to download itunes to my computer and for what ever reason considering my computer is brand new, could even be operator eror, but still i could not get it to work. even after fallowing there instructions step by step three times. i informed the company that i would sadly need to request a refund and i have heard absolutely not a word from no one even to acknowledge the fact that i had requested a refund. talk about feeling ignored. i would like to hear something from someone, thank you

Rip Off
I have never had a major issue with iTunes, yes there were a few things that could be better.. But nothing to really complain about. Then I received an iTunes gift card for xmas, and found out that in Canada, you cannot use a g/c to buy apps. Or use paypal. I do not see why living in Canada should change the amount of service provided. We are just as much iTunes users as an other American, why do we get less of a service? On top of that, in order to open the Canadian iTunes webpage, you have to download a program onto your computer!
As I'm investigating more and more online about iTunes issues, it seems that they do NOT refund purchases, they have even been taken into small claims court over stolen purchases. There isnt a phone number you can just call to get customer service, you have to write them an email and WAIT and HOPE that they will write you back with a solution. If I have a problem with a company, I do not wish to wait 3-5 business days to resolve the issue.

Downloads and Robert De Niro
iTunes really sucks when it comes to downloads. In the beginning, iTunes tried to give me free benefits. A show, a song, and a little kid show. I said no and the downloads were always available when I did want them. I never did. When I decide to buy a song nowadays, the songs back up and duplicate causing more pain. I delte and delete, I pause and pause but nothing seems to work.
Tonight, I decided with my new iTunes card, that I will be purchasing a Robert De Niro, because I am a HUGE fan of his. I purchase Midnight Run. I eagerly go to downloads to see a dozen holiday sampler's that my mother made me download. It failed but I fixed it. Now, when I try to purchase my new rented movie it backs up on me.
iTunes, your system sucks and I hope you know I really hate your system and I will be switching and telling people YOU suck.

I did not want to subscribe
Their Website was misleading. They said a monthly charge for iTunes was a little over $2, but when I tried to subscribe the total was over $40. I did not finish the subscription, but they took the money out of my account anyway. I want my money refunded. I did not finish the subscription and its not fair to just take my money. I want my money refunded!!!

rip of
I put money on to my itunes through a £15 gift voucher for itunes and once I had gotten the money successfully on to my account I started to download songs and films but while I was downloading these the itunes had stopped working and windows was looking for a solution then itunes shut down, when I went back in to my itunes to see if the downloading had continued I realised it hadn't that was fine so I went into they itunes store to see if the £15 I had recently put on my account was still there and it wasn't. When I tried to redeem my accounts balance and had put in the code it has said my card had already been used, so I now have no money on my itunes and I am very very disappointed with the itunes company. they practically ripped me of and stole £15 of me. :@ i am very angry.

iTunes False Charges
AppleiTunes is not forthcoming with information;
Charges appear on my credit card (totalling $975.00 in 20 charges) but not in my iTunes charge history. Apple claims they are online charges but if this was true then why would they not appear in my charge history. I think Apple applied someone else's charges to my credit card but does not want to admit their error. They refuse to say what the items purchased were. If they claim I purchased them why can't I see an invoice of purchases?
Such a poor way to treat a customer.

iTunes charging for what i didn't download
My name is Sam. I'm ten and this is my first experience with an iPod nano. I was downloading three songs and it said there was an error with the download. It charged me even though I ended up not being able to download the song. I lost $8.50 and I never got my money back
