Billing my credit card without authorization

I purchased Kevin Trudeau books on natural cures. I watched an infomercial & ordered the books.
ITV natural cures keeps billing my charge card for news letters I've never received. I never consented to
the charges for the so called news letters. I repeat I never authorized these charges. I've called ITV natural cures & had to wait 45 minutes to talk to an agent. I requested that the charges be removed. The agent finally agreed to remove the charges. The agent never removed the charges, he just doubled them. What am I to do short of hiring an attorney?

Unauthorized credit card charges!

Despite being told that we no longer wanted the newsletter delivery, and to cancel our "membership", money continues to be deducted from our bank account. Telephone response comes from a computer generated voice only. All parties involved should be arrested and thrown behind bars!

They are hurting honest, hard working consumers.!
