Programme timings
I am really annoyed that I have missed the last episode of Doc Martin due to an apparent rescheduling of the programme from the time advertised in Radio Times. The programme, scheduled for 9 p.m. was shown at 8 p.m. and replaced at 9p.m. by Trinny and Susannah. In my opinion any replacement programme, i.e. Trinny and Susannah, should be shown at the time of the programme it replaces (in this case 8 p.m.) and series with a regular time slot should be shown at the scheduled time. I look forward to Doc Martin as I am sure many people do, and tonight switched on at the regular time only to find I had missed the programme, the last in the series. This was extremely annoying. If changes to the timing of a programme are necessary would it not be better to show the programme later rather than earlier to ensure that people looking forward to it still have a chance to see it and are therefore not disappointed. I think this is highly irresponsible of ITV.

keeped money when I canceled and returned product.Keept sending things to me am

I made an order got the product. I told them that I wanted to cancel, They said all right.Then I started to get more things sent to me and put on my card.I returned all of the items and didn't get any of my money back over $100.00 I have a certified receipt from the post office saying I returned it. so I think that people should be very careful when ordering anything from ITV It is scary that they can get away with that.

Scam and cheating
The Euro football matches are now shown during peak viewing. We love watching important British matches and have not the slightest interest in this tournament. WE ARE NOT IN THE DAMN THING DUE TO INCOMPETENT OVERPAYED BRITISH PLAYERS. So why are we having it shoved down our throats. Show it yes, there are people interested but only on ITV 3-4-5-6-7-8- or whatever. Not on our main terrestrial channel, the prima donnas have bankrupted many pubs in their uselessness.

Money not returned!
I returned unopened capsules with RA # as instructed by shipping order. I told the person I could not take capsules due to some health problems that I have and was told no problem to return said products and instructions were given on information sheet that if you had certain health issues not to take this product and that is when I returned the product. I finally called the customer satisfaction department which is located in Massachusetts & was on hold for 8 minutes when I decided to hang up as this is a toll call for us. The computer told me my return was (pending.) They received items on 2/2/08 but I have not received my refund.

Paid for books but not received!
Ordered Kevin Trudeau Weight Loss Books 3 Nov 2007. Immediately charged to my credit card which I have paid off. ITV claims shipped to me on 24 Dec 2007(told when ordered 6-8 weeks). Told by TTV books were returned to them on 4 Jan 2008 by US postal service because of incorrect address although their records verified my address. Told by ITV 28 Jan 08 would receive within 5-7 business days. Called ITV on 5 Feb08 at 4:00 PM. No record that books were shipped. Told by them that they would send within next 5-7 days. Told ITV if they didn't do it before why should I believe you now. Told them to cancel and refund by money. Told that IRV can't DO THAT. ITV should be investigated for Interstate Fraud and Racteering.

emmerdale
I wish to complain about tuesday nights episode of emmerdale (13th november) between paul & jonny. I was physically sick after the show & during the night ended up with nightmares. I have always been a big fan of emmerdale & have visited esholt when it was being filmed their, but the story lines have gone downhill in the last few years, i don't know if i want to watch it anymore.
I would have thought this episode would've been shown after the 21:00pm watershed with warnings about it's content. I intend to take this further & want to know what you intend to do about it. The program was sick.
I want a response.

Does not answer phone!
Ordered a book and they are charging me a monthly charge for a newsletter. Tried calling many times to cancel, but no one ever answers their phone. They did answer once, then put me on hold for 25 minutes and then drops!

Fraudulent Billing
I ordered books for Kevin Trudeau and suddenly charges were showing up on my account. 30 calls to reach someone and was promised to be reimbursed and to have my name removed. Now 2 months later , no reimbursement and still getting billed.
They take forever to answer their phones. Calling Governors offrice to see about fraud investigations.
