being charged for something I did not sign up for
My husband saw a product being advertised on Facebook (Whiting Brites) for a free trial offer, and chose to try it. Well, little did he know that that site suckered him into links that started charging our credit card for their services! He never gave his approval, nor did he even see an option for ordering their - so called service. What really stinks is that now I have to go through the headache of canceling and trying to retreive our money back. Beware of advertisements on Facebook!!!

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered a product called Ivory Brite (teeth whitening) and was subsequently billed. Order was placed on my visa card.
When reviewing my credit card bill I noticed a charge of $9.99 from Axis Wellness Portal. When I phoned the company you are directed to an outsourcing company and there is a language barrier. The only way to communicate is through sending an email to their support email address. To date I've only received an auto-response return email.

hidden terms
Beware THIS IS A SCAM. The terms are designed so that you most likey will not receive the "produce" until the after the "trial" expires. They do this by starting your "trial period" the minute they charge your card. You are within your rights by the terms set forth by this scam company to cancell your order as soon as you place it. As far as I can see this is the only way to avoid the $88.00 charge. Good Luck
