Will Not Refund
I didn't actually come across them at their site www.ivorybrite.com but it was part of a game I was playing at facebook. I signed up for a trial which cost $4.99. That seemed innocent enough. A few days later my checking account was dinged $88.97. I was really upset. At the same time I had signed up for another whitener, because the trick they said was the two of them were supposed to work miraculously together. This trial was $3, 99. The first ding from them was $78.93. So, between them I was looking at a huge bite (no pun intended) out of my social security (just under $900). Picture this I'm crying on the phone and the gentleman (that is stretching things) is telling me that they can offer it to me for less and I'm saying I can't afford it I want to cancel. The man on the other end is trying everything to try and keep me on as a viable customer and I'm telling him I'm about to have my electricity shut off and all I want is to cancel. He could barely understand me and I could barely understand him, although the word "cancel' should have been part of his training vocabulary one would think. I called back again when it was obvious my calls were not working. It's interesting to note that the charges to my account came under the names; "Ivory Brites" $88.97, "Axis Wellness $9.99, "My Whitening" $83.92, "Max White Teeth" $78.93, "Ivory Brites" again $88.97, and the original charges "Teeth Whitening" $4.99, and "Ivory Brites" $3.99. From my various phone calls it seems to me that these are all the same company under differing names. I think I have finally canceled. Days will tell. Because I have had the post office sending my packages back I now realize I have no recourse for getting my money back, at least by their rules. The whole thing has been a nightmare. I don't know how I will catch up financially. Thank god I have a reciliant spirit.

keep sending without order-charge credit card
Continue to send unordered kits and charging my credit card. Phone number refers you to website to cancel, refuse to cancel. Have referred them to Better Business Bureau. Next will be my attorney.
This is a scam. Stuff does not work.

fraud
I ordered the free trial offer of ivory brite teeth whitener and paid the 4.99 s&h. After only having the product in my possesion for a few days they debited my account $88.97 and another $9.99 for a website Axis Wellness. I never agreeded to these charges or the Axis Wellness website. I never recieved an email confirming anything and it wasnt until I got these charges that I learned about the 14 day period to cancell. Although all the representitives I had to speak to which was 4 of them swear to the fact that this was disclosed before the free trial could of taken place (yeah right!). I had to close my account, I finally got through to cancell and im in the process of trying to get a refund. That has been a joke too. I 've spent three hours trying to call then being reffered to a web portal that didnt work and then back to calling again ect... its a nightmare! Shame on this company!

Whitening Kit
I ordered a free sample of Ivory Brite and a couple of weeks later a charge for $88.97 plus $9.99 for Axis Wellness was on my statement. I did not authorize either of these debits. I called the phone number on my statement and was told I had missed the 5 day deadline for cancellation. I informed them that there was no mention of a cancellation date on the confirmation email I received nor any mention of future payments or shipments. I did receive a credit for $9.99 from Axis but can not get any information from Ivory Brite about a refund for the $88.97.

Fraudulent business
I purchased a trial supply of their teeth whitener for a nominal fee ($3.99) and was subsequently charged $88.97 and another $9.99 by a related business that I did not authorize or want. All attempts to contact them have proven to be fruitless - I was referred to a website that is associated with "Go Daddy.com" and contains no info on how to get the charges reversed or refunded. I was able to speak to a person at the telephone number listed on my bank statement, who offered no help whatsoever, other than to refer me to this website. I want my money back, with NO further involvement with this fraudulent operation!
