unauthorized charges on my account

I ordered a trial of Ivory Brite Teeth Whitening. I called and cancelled my membership in the teeth whitening automatic ordering process. I was told that it was cancelled and would not be sent or billed to my account. $9.99 has been withdrawn from my account each month since May 2009. I have never received any product except for the "FREE" trial. That's 4 months of paying for a product I cancelled immediately. If this continues I will be seeking legal action.

Want refund

I ordered the free trial of Ivory Brite teeth whitening. I received the free trail and was charged the 4.99 for S & H. Then some days later my credit card was charged $88.00. I tried calling the support center with no results. I never wanted the product on a monthly basis. There must be something that can be done about Ivory Brite. Then are taking advantage of people. I am going to consult an attorney and see what can do done. I'm also going to contact the BBB and report them.
