If I have read this complaints forum then I wouldn't be in this situation. I just ordered the free trials of Ivory Brites and Max Teeth Whitening paid for shipping for $4.99 and $3.99 only. Not awaring that they are going to continue subscribing and charging me extras stuff for stuff that I didn't know. I only go for the free trials and that's it. When I checked in on my bank online it shows that they charged me like $88 for Ivory Brites, $78 for My Whitening and $9.99 for Axis I do not know of these transaction until I went to see online banking accounts. I have bank of america. They just charge for those 3 prices and I got upset cuz I didn't know of and it's still in pending transactions. I was so mad, sad to lose that money for free cuz I haven't even use their free trials. I couldn't sleep so I was thinking to go the Bank early morning to cancel those pending tranactions. I was online chatting with the BofA agent and I told him about my situation and he said that the pending transactions was unauthorized it may or may not go through. If it go through then to file a report claims and they will check and see. Their number is 18006228731 option 0. I hope it helps out though cuz I sure want my money back instead of going through those companies cuz all they do is give u an email address etc. and most of all I couldn't even understand them.
