Scam Advertising
I was very unhappy with the SERVICE of Ivory Brites. I wish they had been more up-front and honest about the way they do their charges. For one thing, they start counting your 14 or 15 day 'risk-free' trial the moment you order it, NOT when you receive the product, so in actuality you have maybe a week to quickly decide if you like it. Then you are suddenly faced with two withdrawal on your credit/debit card: one for $88.97 for your next shipment of Ivory Brites, and another for $9.99 for belonging to some company that they own called Axis Wellness, which you never even attempted to join. I have emailed Customer Service three times to get a refund; so far they have contacted me once by email to tell me that they have canceled me, but have not answered my request for a refund for these charges. They claim that they have listed their terms twice on their website. I knew that I never got any information of their charges by email, so I went back to their website and began to apply again for another trial, this time trying to specifically watch for what they were talking about. I found out why I missed it the first time. First of all the box that they claim I checked, is ALREADY PRE-CHECKED for you - so I never noticed it and certainly did not check it. Also, the print is tiny, and further down the page, so you'd want to be looking for it. Next, their terms are printed in tiny print, and paler color text, so it is not very noticeable. Also, I was led to try the product because of an ad I saw of a local (a town near me) housewife trying it plus one other tooth whitening product to get her teeth white. It seemed like an honest ad, and since it was from a neighboring town, I fell for it. Since then I have found the exact same ad with a different woman's name from a different town in another part of the country, so I realize this must be a Scam advertisement put out by Ivory Brites and they probably own the other tooth whitening company as well. As far as the product goes, I only tried it once. One of the forms melted when I was trying to adjust it to fit my mouth per their instructions. So I only have one form, and it burned my gums, and I did not try it again. Maybe it works - that I don't know. If you are thrilled with the product and willing to pay nearly $100 per month for it (including your unrequested membership to Axis Wellness), that's great. Just be prepared to be charged nearly $100 for it exactly 14 to 15 days once you order the 'risk-free' trial.

Unauthorized Charges
I cannot belive what I was reading when I visited this website. I felt so violated and didn't realize so many other people have been violated as well. I do not have to tell you my story because it has been repeated a thousand times here. I like the rest of you want answers. Is the Better Business Bureau able to do anything? Has any of the credit card companies been able to get our refunds (I have not been successful). Can we file a Class Action Suit against Ivory Brites and this so called Wellness Program Scam? Where do we get relief.? How do we stop them from hurting other people.

fraudulent charges
I too have be scammed by Ivory Brites and HWP Healthwellness! These people have to be stopped. They said I checked a box to receive access to a health website...so untrue. $9.99 a month times 8 = $79.92. Ouch!!! I so wish I had found this out sooner...why didn't I check my bank statement sooner.. Buyer beware!!!

Ripped off
I have tried several times to email Ivory Brites and continue to get a reply saying if I have not heard back from them within 48 hours to return an email. I am required to get an RMA # from them in order to ship the product back within 15 days from the billing date. They have automatically taken money from my account through my debit card. This is a bunch of crap! Do not accept their free trial. I have always wanted to have my teeth whitened, but did not want to pay hundreds of dollars to a dentist to have it done. I thought this was the perfect opportunity to try something new and it really sounded liked it worked well as I read the reviews. I am a stay at home mother of three. I have my highschool reunion to go to in a couple of months. I just wanted to do something for myself and look what happened. I got ripped off!

Scam artists
I ordered their free trial. I got my product. Which worked ok, but nothing spectacular. Then I got another shipment automatically. I called to cancel my account and send back the product completely un opened or used. They said they would not give me my mney back. That was how their terms worked. What kind of a company will not let you return something if you don't want it. As of now I am fighting. Do not buy anything from these free trials on line, they are all scams!!! Plus your 14 day trial period starts the day you order it, even though you don't get it for a few days. That is rediculous. How is that part of the trial period if you have not even received the product yet. So I don't have money for groceries for the next 2 weeks because theat $90.00 had to go to crappy teeth whitening. I am so sorry I just wanted to treat myself to something I had never tried before. 5$ trial now cost me almost $100.00. I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old son. Please tell them why mommy can buy them peanut butter and formula this week.

Charges on my Credit Card
I ordered a free trial of the Ivory Brites May 2009, and immediatly cancelled within a couple of days. Here it is October and I discovered my card has been charged $9.99 for the past 5 months for something I had no idea I was ordering! What a complete scam! I am furious and going to take action. I want a refund of $50.00 put back on my card. I am going to follow up with this every day until I get my refund. I want a phone call of what action is taking place towards my money being put back onto my credit card immediatly. My phone number is 435-245-7978 and my name is Lindsay.

Scam charges
I ordered a "free" sample of the ivory brites and max white teeth cleaning products. I agreed to pay for shipping only. The add states that it is risk free. After 15 days, I was charged 88.95 for an additional months worth of the Ivory Brites and over 78.00 for an additional months worth of the Max White. When I called to cancell I was informed that I could not cancell and neither could I return the product. I told the customer service representative that I did not authorize this purchase and he actually laughed in my face. This is the 1st time I have been scammed and trust me it will be the last.

Unauthorized billing
Recently I sent away for a FREE TRIAL of Ivory Brites and was told Shipping would be $4.99 and Shipping Insurance would be $1.00. I received the product (free trial) and there was also a document enclosed which said we could get a refund withing 15 days of billing. Now I assumed this refund would be for the $5.99 total so I didn't bother. Then when I received my credit card statement there was a charge of $88.97 and it would be charged mohthly if not cancelled. Also I was signed up for Axis which is a colon cleansing product which I had no interest in and never receiived and there was a charge of $9.99 for that. I finally contacted them and cancelled the whole mess and asked for a refund which I don't believe I will be receiving. I checked Ivory brites on Google and there are many, many similar complaints. This is truly an unethical company and needs to be stopped. Please make your viewers aware of this company and if you can assist in getting my money returned it would be greatly appreciated.
