Horrible Horrible Horrible Company!! Do not sign up with them. It is all a scam! Without my knowledge they took $88.97 out of my account after I signed up for their "free trial" which cost 4.99. It took me two days of arguing with rude employees to get them to refund my account. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I ordered the free sample of Ivory Brites for a billing charge of $4.99. I sent an email cancelling my "subscription". Two weeks later I was charged over $80. When I contacted the company, I was told they never received my cancellation and it was too bad! The entire process is a scam.

Ivory Brites burned my gum's, and then charged me $88.00 after the fact that i canceled the order, I ask to send back the product, but they don't want to give me a refund.

I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS COMPANY IS FAKE .THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT SIGN UP ONLINE FOR A FREE TEETH WHITENING TRIAL FOR THE COST SO CHEAP $4.99, BUT WHAT THEY DON't TELL YOU IS THAT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL OR ELSE EVERY MONTH YOU WILL BE GETTING CHARGE ALMOST $ 90.00 DOLLARS BECAUSE EVERY MONTH THEY WILL SHIP A 30 DAY SUPLY PRODUCT..IM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY THAT WAS CHARGED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO GO ONLINE TO [email protected] AND SEND THEM AN E-MAIL TO GET MY FULL REFUND..
