Fraud- unauthorized charges
I am still another that fell into the ivortbrite scam. I responded within the 15 days to cancel the offer but the next order came anyway and along with that the charge of $88.97. My charge company has refunded my money and are disputing the charge with ivorybrites . This helps me but they should be stopped from there unethical practices as soon as possible.

I call before the 14 days was up, and I talk to someone at the company, and she said, she would cancel my oder. Because I can't use the IVory Brites, It mades my mouth hurt. Then today they took out $88.95 out of my bank account, so I call the same place again, and this time a man told me that you can not cancel the order on the phone you had to do it by E-Mail . So I am trying again to cancel my oder and get my money back. I hope this is all I have to do, and please give me a refund. thank you velma

I requested only a sample of the ivory brite product for 4.99 and recieved 1 small syringe of gel.
Ivory brite has made multiple withdrawals from my bank account for several amounts which caused my account to be over drawn. The product is being marketed along with another very simular product belonging to supposedly another company for the same cost for the trial. Both company's state that they are not affiliated with each other. On top of that, the products did not work efficiently as was advertised.
If in fact, this advertising was not misleading / a scam, there would not be so many complaints.
Multiple withdrawls were made for the sample. Ivory brites sales accoc. bragged about how they are winning 95% of their lawsuit cases against them.
Being an older person who has been laid off from work & having to compete with younger people for employment (which is why I tried the prod) and trying to provide for my children, this problem was the last thing that I needed.
I demand a full refund immediateley

charged before rreceiving product that i never order in the first place
after reading an ad about this super whiting process of cathy ivory brites. I decided to order the free trial and all it required was 1 shipping fee and 4.99 for the trial and that is all I ordered from this company . After my bank account was drafted for 9.99 and 88.87 more I tried to find out why and only answer I got was that was what I signed up for. I didnt sign up for anything nor did I order anything and I havent received any thing . I did not authorized the draft. I even call my bank and informed this on matter and that was suppose to have been stopped. ivory brites waited till the weekend and drafted my account again. I didnt authorized this and I want my money put back !!!

Bogus Advertising
Wow - what a rip-off!! Their marketing makes it appear as if you get a FREE sample - - all you have to do is pay postage. Then WHAM...you get hit for 88.97 for product - something you didn't know you were getting into and you also somehow get set up for a membership into something called axis wellness. This supposedly is a membership to an online access for something!!!
What a SCAM!! Beware, beware, beware...
Waiting to see if I get a refund or not - - I'm banking on the fact that given what they've done so far, it will take a formal complaint to the AG and beyond before I get refunded any money.
BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!
Do not get involved. Do not even go to their website. You will be seriously disappointed and short quite a bit of money.
STAY AWAY!!

it was supposed to be a risk free trial (not)
I ordered a what was supposed to be a risk free trial of the ivory brites product and all i had to pay was shipping and handling, but that was not true. The saying "nothing is never free" is so true. I had two debits from my checking account from this company. One in the amount of 88.97 and the other in the amount of 9.99. I did not even like the product and i have ended up paying around a hundred dollars for it. I'm so disappointed with this company. this was nothing but a scam. It should be against the law to debit someones checking account without authorization. That is the same thing as steeling to me. That would be like anywhere else you use your debit card that they just charge it every month. I want a full refund from these people.

Scam
I too fell prey to this scam. However, I will not go down without a fight. I have just filed a complaint with the FTC and plan to contact the FBI to report this internet scam. What they are doing is clearly illegal and I will not stand by and let it continue.
I advise all of you to do the same.

unauthorized charges
I was charged for a suppost to be free product then recieved a change of over $80.00 on my account. I never even recieved the product in the mail. I'm requesting to be re-embursed with the total amount.
