I ordered the free sample and had not tried it yet. I just received more of the product and a light with a letter. The letter stated that I was enrolled in a 30 day continuity program at $88.97 a month. I wish to return the product and light in order to receive a refund of the $88.97 and not be enrolled in the continuity program. I may wish to get more of the product after I try it, however I have not had a chance to try the product yet.

I am experiencing difficulties in excess charges the same as many
complaints I am now reading.
The "free" 14 day trial arrived, and before the period was over
an additional $88.79 charge appeared on my credit card.
The phone number instructs one to cancel per web site.
However (as all others state the same) the link is invalid.

I was able to cancel FUTURE orders per phone at 888-279-0604,
and then instructed for a refund to send an E-Mail to
"support@IvoryBrites" (not a web site but an E-Mail address). We'll see what happens!

Please note that you were charged $88.97 because you did not cancel your subscription within the allowed 15 day trial period, as stated in our terms and conditions. As is explained on our web page from which you initially ordered the product (www.IvoryBrites.com/order.aspx), you have 15 days from the date you sign up for your membership to determine whether or not you wish to remain a subscriber to our monthly Value Auto-Ship program. Had you canceled your account during this time period, you would not have received any further charges or shipments. However, since you had allowed your account to remain active and lapse beyond your trial period, you were sent your first installment of our continuity program, as described in our terms.

In an effort to ensure that our customers understand the exact nature of the trial membership program, we have listed these terms twice on our order page, and require that you check a box stating that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. This agreement is necessary for the system to even be able to process your order.

Please note that your account is now in a state of cancellation, which means you will not receive any future charges or shipments of the product.

I received their sample 10 days ago. Today I received a package and was billed $88.97 . Now I can't get hold of anyone to cancel this every 30 day deduction from my credit card. Now what?

I ordered Ivory Brites for a free trial offer of $4.99. I never received an e-mail invoice. I only received the slip with the package that stated to cancel within 15 days. Since $4.99 was the only amount on the slip, that is the price that I assumed would be refunded if cancelled. Imagine my surprise to find out that my bank account had been overdrawn, because of a bill from Ivory Brites in the amount of $88.95 . When I called customer service to cancel, I was told that only future orders could be cancelled by phone, and because this was an e-mail order, I had to go to [email protected] to receive a refund. However, I have been unable to access this site to receive a RMA number to cancel. PLEASE HELP!
