CANCEL
I only asked for a free trial of ivory brites and after the free trial they have been sending and mailing all their products to me and charging me for them without my even ordering for them! PLEASE please stop this and I just want to cancel the ivory brites products! This is a scam and a hoax!!! Please CANCEL THIS NOW!!!

I CALLED FOR IVORYBRITES SAMPLE AND WITH THE FREE TRIAL OFFER I CALLED TO CANCEL ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGED AND SINCE MAY I HAD BEEN CHARGED 9.99 A MONTH TO MY CARD AFTER I CALLED TO CANCEL ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE THIER EMAIL CLEARLY SAID TO CANCEL AND NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE DONE BUT THEY DID NOT SAY THEY WILL KEEP BILLING 9.99 EA MONTH FOR WHATEVER REASON

Unauthorized charges resulting in non sufficient fund charges
I ordered a 'free trial' from these people and was only to pay the shipping and handling. They charged my account just shy of ninety dollars and caused my account to go into the negative and caused non sufficient fund charges. I'm out of work so I can not afford this kind of problem. I contacted them and they flatly refused to stand up to their responsibilities for the charges to my bank. This company is a great big scam!

did not order product
Not only was I charged 88.97 without my permission, I was also charged 9.99 from another tooth whitening company called ivory brites. I know you will do the right thing and reverse both charges to my Aaccount before I turn to the better business bureau. Thanks again Kelly Sassano

Fraudulent charges + Unauthorized Charges
I ordered a "free" trial of Ivory Brites for $4.99. Then a charge of $88.97 appeared on my credit card three times, a charge of $9.99 appeared on my credit card three times. I never accepted the memebership for AxisWellnessPortal.com, I never accepted any products except the "free" trial.

unauthorized charges after cancellation
Do not order from Ivory Brites, Axis Wellnes Portal or Max Teeth white cleaner. They are all scams to get your credit card number to recharge your account before you even get the package free trial offer for 4.99, but you really get charged the 88.97 for the next package and you may not even get that yet. Read the terms and conditons and then dispute it on your credit card. I have been working with my credit card for 2 months now and they have been great, I believe I have won my case. So that is my advice is to dispute the charge through the credit card you use, they help you on your behalf.

Unauthorized $9.99 monthly charge
I signed up for the free trial offer, paying $4.99 only, for postage. Three months later I discovered an amount of $9.99 on my debit card account. Not knowing the vendor I called the 800# to find out who they were. The number listed was a fax number. I called my bank to file a complaint. They told me the $9.99 had been deducted from my account for the previous three months. Not having a contactable phone number on my bank statement for the company in question I asked my bank if there was another number listed beside their name for any of the prior months. The first month had a legitimate number. My bank checked out the Ivory Brites site and informed me that in the terms and conditions there is a box that must be unchecked to not receive their newsletter so pleeeease uncheck it. I had unchecked it and saved the site page to my favorites on my computer but the newsletter subscription was still charged. I never received a newsletter. Had I received it, it would have alerted me much earlier to their fraudulent deductions from my account. Be vigilant with your bank statements and any transactions you are not familiar with, check it out immediately. This company is scandalous, without a doubt. Always scan the terms and conditions before committing to trials or purchases of any sort.

unauthorized charges
I ordered Ivory brites for a free trial for only the cost of the shipping. I received the product and never even opened it. I was in no big hurry to try it, so I was not aware that there was a stipulation of a trial period because I never opened the package. Then I started receiving more product and was charged $88.97 on my credit card which made me flip. Everyone be aware this is a scam! I demand a refund because I never opened the product and they misled me with their false advertising for a free product. If this is not resolved, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. How do you people sleep at night?

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
I ordered the IvoryBrites product, returned it within the 15 day trial period, even got the required RMA #, and they are, without my consent, deducting $9.99 per month from my account. I sent e-mails asking for refund and stop accessing my account, with no response. My next move is with legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
